Q: What if I currently don't receive all of my medications at the same time when I enroll in Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy?
A: Our Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacist will align all of your medication dispensing dates the first month you enroll in our pharmacy. This is done so you may receive all of your medications at the same time in future months. This will require Mail-Meds to send you less than a 4-week supply of each medication the very first month.
Q: Does Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy also dispense medications that do not go into my Med-Box™?
A: Yes. Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy is a full-line pharmacy that carries creams, ointments, inhalers, insulin and injectable medications.
Q: Will medications I take "as needed" (PRN) be placed in my Med-Box™?
A: No. Only medications with specific dosage instructions are placed in your Med-Box™. All PRN medications are dispensed in pill bottles.
Q: If I do not want my medications in a Med-Box™ can Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy deliver all of my medications at the same time in bottles?
A: Yes.
Q: Can Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy place over-the-counter (OTC) medications (vitamins, etc.) in my Med-Box™?
A: Yes. However, we must have a prescription on file from your physician for the OTC items.
