Medication Therapy Management (MTM) - Upon enrollment and on a continuing basis, a Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacist conducts a comprehensive medication therapy review of each patient's medication regimen. If identified, drug therapy problems with utilization, therapeutic duplication, contraindications, interactions or sub optimal dosages are discussed with the patient and/or the healthcare provider to resolve any issues.

Dispensing Synchronization - The Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacist expertly aligns the dispensing dates of all of the patient's medications so they may receive all of their medications at the same time in their Mail-Meds Med-Box™. Aligned prescription medications may also be received in prescription bottles.

Free Delivery - All medications are delivered directly to the patient or their designated caregiver at no extra charge.

Product Training - Product training/instruction guides are included with all Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy products. Ask us about our in-home training services conducted by a registered nurse.

Automatic Refill Reminders - A Mail-Meds Pharmacy Technician will contact the patient prior to their next delivery to verify adherence and schedule their next delivery.

Full Service Pharmacy - Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy carries all generic and brand name medications including injectable medications.
